A supply chain assistant provides necessary support to supply team professionals. They help in day-to-day transactions and document supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaboration with vendors for logistics, compliance with requirements, and issue resolution with service providers.
• Work with experts to understand dataset contexts and processes.
• Understand and analyze data to deliver supply chain insights.
• Assist in the development of products and supply chain strategies.
• Schedule meetings and manage a dynamic calendar for the supply chain team or department.
• Review and handle correspondence including drafting processes and producing official correspondence as required.
• Manage emails and prioritize them as necessary. 
• Book and manage travel arrangements and needed documents when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year.
• Has strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word software and willing to learn about other supply chain software or applications.
• Advanced math skills.
