Sourcing Assistants are responsible for general administrative support in daily sourcing needs. These can range from handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, & Outlook) software, as they are in charge of raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records, to selecting contractors, collecting procurement specifications, and evaluating tender bids submitted by suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the factory lab with daily tasks related to testing, including schedules and A-01 items
  • Assists in analyzing various lab test reports, both internal and external
  • Ensures products are developed and commercialized per headquarters' design and specification requirements, prioritizing performance and integrity
