The T-shaped competency assessment is a self-report measure, so the results that you will get on this assessment reflect your own self-perception. Please take into consideration that there are no right or wrong answers. This is an untimed assessment but will likely take 8-10 minutes to complete.
3. Important to consider
Please complete the online assessment in one sitting, as responses won’t be saved if you exit before finishing. The results of the assessment will be available for you after you finish them. You will be provided with a full report, along with explanations for each of the skills measured by this assessment.
