THE OPPORTUNITY

THE OPPORTUNITY

"We’ve always done it this way...”

is procurement’s most expensive sentence in 2026.

That one phrase is why some procurement teams are already being left behind. While others automate, accelerate, and cut costs with AI, status-quo teams are losing ground. The gap is widening every quarter. The executives and hours saved aren't hypothetical, they're happening right now.

THE REALITY

THE REALITY

Recognize any of these challenges with AI in Procurement?

1. There is no consistent way of using AI

No consistent way of using AI

AI is already used across the team, but mostly in isolated ways. No one clearly owns how AI is used, which data is involved, or what is expected. That uncertainty makes AI feel risky instead of supportive.

2. Procurement teams are not using AI in a safe way

Teams aren't using AI in a safe way

AI is used to upload confidential information, yet team members don't understand how their data is processed, and what they should do to prevent it from becoming public information.

3. Teams lack practical AI procurement capabilities

Teams lack practical AI procurement capabilities

AI is used for small tasks like writing emails and summarizing files. Without concrete examples and practice, usage stays shallow and inconsistent.

OUR SOLUTION

OUR SOLUTION

How we help procurement teams to effectively use AI

Practical AI skills for procurement teams

AI only creates value when buyers know how to use it in real procurement work.

We train procurement teams to use AI as a practical part of their daily work. Not as an experiment, but as a reliable way to quickly prepare negotiations, structure RFx work, and monitor supplier activity.

The focus is on real judgement, quality, and consistency. Teams learn when AI truly helps, when it does not, and how to critically assess the output instead of blindly trusting it.

Prompt engineering is the key for AI success in procurement.

AI in Procurement

Free up time for strategic work with AI agents

Too much time is lost on work that does not require human judgement.

Procurement teams spend a large part of their time on repetitive tasks. AI agents take over this predictable work in the background. They run continuously, follow clear rules, and reduce manual effort without creating extra coordination or complexity.

You'll learn that creating AI agents is a lot easier than most people think.

Time shifts from repetitive work to strategic thinking and decision making.

The 4 phases of studying AI for procurement

Phase 1: AI Foundations

Build the mental model every procurement professional needs before using AI in real work.

Self-Paced 12-Month Access

AI in Procurement
83% of procurement teams use AI with no enforced policy, often pasting sensitive supplier and contract data into public tools. Phase 1 covers what's safe, what isn't, and what happens to your data.
  • What generative AI and large language models actually do, and what happens to your procurement data the moment you paste it in
  • Where AI adds real value across the procurement cycle, plus its benefits, limits, and risks
  • How to get reliable answers, avoid hallucinations, and apply clear ground rules for safe, ethical use
  • Hands-on: run your first procurement prompts and compare ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini

After This Phase

You'll use AI confidently and safely in everyday procurement work, and know exactly when to trust it.

Phase 2: Structured Prompting

The single skill that determines the quality of everything AI produces for you.

Self-Paced 12-Month Access

Structured Prompting
62% use ChatGPT and 61% use Copilot, the general-purpose tools that dominate procurement AI. Structured prompting is what makes those tools answer like a procurement specialist instead of a generalist.
  • Customize your AI tool to your role, categories, and procurement context so it answers like a specialist
  • Decide which procurement data is safe to feed an AI tool, and what to keep out
  • Apply our proven 11-step prompt engineering template to structure any request end to end
  • Turn vague questions into prompts that return precise, relevant, immediately usable answers

After This Phase

You'll reliably get consistent, high-quality output from any AI tool, instead of generic, hit-or-miss answers.

Phase 3: AI Across Procurement

Apply AI at every stage of the procurement cycle, from market research to contracts.

Self-Paced 12-Month Access

Integration
74% of procurement professionals spend 40% or more of their working week on manual data work. Phase 3 puts AI to work across the full cycle, from market research to contracts, to win that time back.
  • Use AI for market research, RFIs, RFQs, and negotiation prep, with worked, copy-along examples
  • Analyze contracts and strengthen supplier management with AI as your second pair of eyes
  • Work directly on real files (contracts, supplier data, spend) instead of copy-pasting into a chatbot
  • Turn raw procurement data into clear insights and decision-ready reports in minutes

After This Phase

You'll run your core procurement tasks noticeably faster, with AI embedded in your day-to-day workflow.

Phase 4: AI Agents & Automation

Go from doing the work yourself to having AI agents handle the repetitive parts, no code required.

Self-Paced 12-Month Access

AI Agents
11% only 11% of teams connect AI to their procurement data; the rest still copy-paste into chatbots by hand. Phase 4 is the jump from using AI to automating with it.
  • How AI agents differ from one-off prompts, and how to spot automatable tasks using the Observe-Plan-Act framework
  • Turn an idea into an Agent Blueprint: business case, success criteria, and a Definition of Done your IT team can build from
  • Build a working no-code agent step by step, from Assistant to Operator to Learner to Engineer
  • Add human-in-the-loop checkpoints and manage data and ethical risks so high-value decisions always get sign-off

After This Phase

You'll build and deploy working AI agents, like a Morning Brief Agent that scans your inbox and summarizes what matters, and make the case to roll them out.

47% of procurement professionals already use AI every working day.
41% say a lack of skills is the #1 barrier to AI, ahead of budget and technology.
10.6 hrs lost per person each week to tasks AI could already handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will this take from my team?

Honestly, less than most managers fear.

The program is self-paced at its core and fits around a full workload: about 5-7 hours of self-paced learning across the four phases, plus 2 live sessions of max 2 hours.

Most people do it in a few short sessions a week, and with 12-month access, there is no pressure to finish it in one go.

Will this work with the AI tools we already use?

Yes, and you do not have to switch anything.

The program is tool-agnostic. Whether your team runs on ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude, the methods (structured prompting, the procurement use cases, and the agent setup) work the same on all of them.

And because Copilot and Claude come up the most, your access will include dedicated training modules for both, so those teams get step-by-step guidance on their own tool.

Is it self-paced, or is there a fixed schedule?

Both, and that is on purpose.

The core is fully self-paced, so nobody has to be online at a set time. Alongside that there are live sessions for Q&A and coaching for the moments where talking it through actually helps.

No fixed cohort, no rigid timetable. Your team does the self-paced work around their week and joins the live moments that are useful.

How do I enroll my team, and can I see what they are doing?

Enrolling takes minutes, and yes, you get a clear view.

You enroll your whole team at once. As the manager, you get a progress dashboard that shows who has started, how far they have come, and what they have completed.

So you can nudge the people who stall, and show the value of the investment internally without guessing.

My team is at very different levels with AI. Will this work for everyone?

Fair question, and yes. That mix is exactly who it is built for.

It starts at the fundamentals, what AI is and how to use it safely, and builds all the way up to agents and automation. Beginners are never lost, and your power users are never bored.

Because it is self-paced, everyone moves at their own speed and still arrives at the same practical level by the end.

My concern is adoption. How do I know this will actually stick?

Because your team practises on their own real work, not on abstract examples.

AI skills only stick when they are practical, repeatable, and built into daily tasks. Your team applies every lesson to their own RFQs, contracts, and supplier data, using ready-to-use prompts and templates they keep using afterwards.

And you are not left guessing. The progress dashboard shows you exactly what your team is up to.

Can you tailor this to our organization?

We strongly believe the standard program is a strong foundation. By tailoring it to your team, we make it fit.

We start by understanding your team's setup, your categories, and the AI tools you already use, then shape the program and the live sessions around them. You keep the proven structure, applied to your real procurement context.
