What is the duration of the boot camp?

The boot camp is flexible to fit your procurement team’s schedule. Some teams complete the program in one month with structured weekly goals, while others prefer a 3 to 6-month learning journey for a more gradual pace.

Is there a fixed schedule?

Your dedicated Procurement Learning Consultant will work with you during onboarding to:

Lock in dates for the kick-off, live sessions, and graduation/demo day
Define progress checkpoints to keep learners on track

Before each live session, participants should complete a set portion of the self-paced modules, ensuring productive, focused discussions.

This structured yet flexible approach keeps teams aligned while accommodating procurement professionals’ busy schedules.

What is the difference between an open and a closed boot camp?

A closed boot camp is dedicated to your procurement team, and access is restricted to the participants you enroll. This means that you, together with your assigned Procurement Learning Consultant, determine the ideal pace and schedule for sessions.
An open boot camp (only available for the Procurement Leadership track) unites professionals from different organizations in one collaborative group. Open boot camps typically feature between 5 and 10 procurement leaders per cohort.

Is there a live learning component?

Yes!

Both the boot camp for Procurement Teams and Procurement Leadership include up to 3 live sessions, led by one of our Procurement Tactics expert instructors.

Additionally, we host a monthly expert Q&A webinar on AI applications in procurement. All boot camp participants can join these sessions throughout their platform access period. This is your opportunity to get specific procurement questions answered and discover innovative approaches from professionals across different organizations.

What type of support can we expect?

During the pre-enrollment process, our procurement specialists will guide your decision-making and address all your questions. You can reach them by email or schedule a quick consultation call whenever needed.

Once enrolled, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Procurement Learning Consultant who will:

Serve as your single point of contact throughout the program
